| Stark Development is researching options on ways to assist with affordable housing in our area. Reed Reyman from St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center provided and overview of the hospital's operations and future plans. A $250 sponsorship was approved for Leadership Dickinson which is a program ran by the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce to educate High School Seniors on the area's resources and industries. |

| Roers Development Inc. received approval for a Flex PACE loan to construct a 32-plex and a 31-plex. The Construction is slated to begin this fall with completion anticipated in spring of 2012. |

| The Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport was approved for a $150,000 Grant along with a $150,000 Loan towards a new 100x120 Hanger.They also approved to continue their membership to the Theodore Roosevelt Expressway Association for $15,000 a year for the next 4 years. |
